Because the file is available to you the moment your order is complete, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.

When we will refund you

If the download link does not work, the file is damaged, or the book is not what the product page described, contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will send you a working file, or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.
